We collect information you give us directly: contact details from assessment and calculator forms, partner applications, and support conversations. We also collect limited operational data (browser type, pages visited) to keep the site fast and secure.

What we never collect

We never access the contents of your protected workloads or vault images for marketing, analytics, or any purpose other than executing your recovery. Vault data is encrypted and processed only to perform backup, verification, and failover operations you authorize.

How we use it

• To deliver your recovery-gap report and RTO calculator.
• To respond to partner applications and support requests.
• To operate, secure, and improve the platform and website.

Sharing and retention

We don't sell personal information. We share it only with service providers required to operate the site (hosting, analytics) under contractual safeguards. Form submissions are retained while your enquiry is active and deleted on request.

Your rights

Contact us any time to access, correct, or delete your personal information. If you use the assessment or calculator forms, every submission is tied to the email you provide — so a deletion request takes seconds to honor.
