Terms of service.

Last updated: January 2026. These terms cover use of this website and, by reference, the Restorix recovery platform.

The service

Restorix provides automated backup, disaster-recovery orchestration, and failover infrastructure. Recovery-time figures shown on this site (including the 2-minute average) reflect measured platform performance and are targets, not guarantees for any specific environment — your plan agreement states your committed objectives.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to access other tenants' vaults, or use recovery infrastructure for workloads you don't own or aren't authorized to protect. MSP partners are responsible for their tenants' compliance with these terms.

Your data

You retain all rights to data in your vaults. We process it solely to provide backup, verification, and recovery services. Customer-held encryption keys (Scale plans) mean even we cannot read your vault contents.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Restorix's liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months preceding a claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms as the platform evolves; material changes will be announced in the console and by email before they take effect.
